Endo en zo by Lotte Petersen is a practical and surprisingly funny guide through the medical maze of endometriosis, but above all, it’s an incredibly relatable book for anyone affected by the condition.

An estimated half a million people in the Netherlands live with endometriosis. Lotte Petersen is one of them. When she began her journey, she discovered an alarming lack of support and accessible information. With Endo en zo, she aims to change that once and for all.

In this candid, witty, and refreshingly light-hearted book, Lotte shares her personal experiences: from awkward moments on the examination table and “healthy Googling,” to what loved ones should (and shouldn’t) say. Alongside her stories, medical experts , including a gynecologist, sexologist, and dietitian, clearly explain what’s happening inside the body of someone with endo, and what you can try yourself as a patient.

Filled with tips, expert advice, personal stories, and a generous dose of humor, Endo en zo is the go-to book for anyone navigating life with endometriosis.
